Webflow Developer (Expert-level)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer who specializes in turning high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites. You should have a strong eye for detail, experience with Webflow animations, and a solid grasp of responsive design best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma designs into fully functional Webflow websites.
• Build responsive, cross-browser compatible, pixel-perfect layouts.
• Implement Webflow interactions and animations.
• Maintain consistent design fidelity across devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize pages for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers.
• Deliver clean, organized, and well-documented Webflow builds.

Requirements:

• Experience working with client-first class naming structure or similar Webflow methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lottie animations, GSAP, or custom code integration.
• Proven experience building custom sites in Webflow.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Webflow CMS.
• Expertise in translating Figma designs into Webflow with high accuracy.
• Experience with Webflow animations and interactions.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles.
• Ability to follow style guides and component systems.
• Familiar with performance optimization and SEO-friendly builds.
